Date Night Concerts

Unwind from the hustle and bustle of the hectic work week with an intimate evening in Lefever Hall with professional and well-renowned live entertainment from Strasburg Rail Road’s Entertainment Department.

On select days throughout the season, come to Strasburg Rail Road to relax and enjoy the unique concert series hosted by the Strasburg Rail Road’s Entertainment Department. Enjoy a First Class “meet and greet” train ride before the concert followed by a complimentary charcuterie board while listening to the soothing songs of the evening’s performer in Lefever Hall. Couples may BYOB. Don’t miss this unique experience to be up close and personal with some of the region’s top singers/performers…only at the Strasburg Rail Road!

Guests: $89 each (purchased as a minimum of 2 tickets)
– 45-minute train ride aboard a First Class car for a private “meet-and-greet” with the artist
– Approximately 1-hour performance by the artist and musician(s) in Lefever Hall
– Private table for 2 in Lefever Hall during the concert

Payge Shaw & Gracious Mattson

Payge Shaw is beyond excited to sing for this event! This is her first time performing as a professional singer and she couldn’t be any more ecstatic and grateful. Payge is part of Strasburg Rail Road’s Entertainment team as a performer who is currently in A Motif of Murder (a murder mystery performance) as Velma Webster.

Shaw has past theater credits, including Legally Blonde (Brooke Wyndham), Mary Poppins (Winifred Banks) Beauty and the Beast (Silly Girl), Hairspray (Little Inez), and You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown (Lucy), Fiddler on the Roof (Tzeitel), Big Fish (Sandra Bloom) and The Wizard of Oz (Glinda).

Gracious Mattson is a Lancaster-based actress, singer, dancer, and pianist. Born and raised in Utah, she hails from Virginia, where she attended Southern Virginia University and received her BA in Theatre with a concentration in Vocal Studies. She is part of Strasburg Rail Road Entertainment’s 2025 cast of performers, and on her off days, she hosts an educational theatre podcast with her husband, teaches voice and piano, and is always looking forward to new adventures and opportunities! (She’s also a massive fan of Payge Shaw!)

Andy Roberts & Bob Meashey

a man standing in front of a piano a man holding a microphonePianist Andy Roberts (left) has been active in the Central PA music scene for many years. Currently, Roberts maintains a busy schedule of performing, writing, and music directing. As a freelance jazz pianist, he has had the opportunity to perform with many great musicians from the tri-state area. Also known for his keyboard work, Andy is a seasoned rock and blues keyboardist as well.

In theater, Roberts has 30+ years of experience writing original musical revues. Since 2009, he has been music director/pianist for The American Music Theatre in Lancaster, PA where he arranges, plays piano, and conducts the vocalists and band in their original productions. www.amtshows.com / website: antigravmusic.net

Trumpeter Bob Meashey has been performing in Philadelphia and central Pennsylvania since he was seventeen.  A graduate of Lebanon Valley College, Bob has been an active performer and teacher since his graduation, showcasing his unique approach to improvisation for numerous local ensembles.

Jazz artists that Bob has played with include Stanley Clarke, Eddie Daniels, Urbie Green, Walt Levinsky, Bob Mintzer, Joe Morello, Marvin Stamm, and Sir Roland Hanna.  He continues to perform and record with several area jazz groups including renowned Philadelphia guitarist Steve Giordano, Peter Paulsen’s Quintet, 53 Stations, Andy Roberts’ Four Piece Quartet, and celebrated pianist and composer Ron Thomas.

Bob has taught master classes at the University of the Arts and Temple University.  His show credits include the national touring companies, “Annie” and “Grand Hotel”, and performances in the 1997, 1999, and 2001 Mellon Jazz Festivals in Philadelphia.  He recently appeared as a guest soloist at the Resorts Casino in Atlantic City.  Bob is also a private tutor to students of the Upper Merion, Lower Merion, and Colonial School Districts. website bobmeashey.com

Bailey Fulginiti

A native of Lititz, Pennsylvania, Bailey Fulginiti ’s range of inspirations include Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Joni Mitchell, Norah Jones, Lake Street Dive, Diana Damrau, Renee Fleming, Kiri Te Kanawa, and many others.

An accomplished performer in her early years, Bailey started sitting in on her father’s local jazz/r&b gigs at a young age and began leading her own trio during her freshman year of college. A graduate of Muhlenberg College, Bailey balances her job as a voice teacher with a steady schedule of jazz dates with her trio. She can be seen singing locally with the dance band, PopScotch. She can also be seen playing originals and folk covers with her fiancé under the name “Hickory Town.”

On the classical side, Bailey has portrayed Mother in Hansel & Gretel, Fiordiligi, in Cosi fan tutte, Alice Ford in Falstaff, and has earned participation in numerous honors recitals and ensembles around the country. She resides in Lancaster with her fiancé and dogs, Giselle and Benny.
