"DONALD E.L. HALLOCK"
Coach No. 60 originally ran on the Boston & Maine Railroad and was the fourth car to be rostered at the Strasburg Rail Road during the early years of the tourist operation.
Coach No. 60 is Strasburg Rail Road’s only “combine” car with seating on 2/3 of the car and the remaining 1/3 as an open area that once was used to carry freight and passenger bags, mail, etc.
This open area is often used to accommodate guests with large wheelchairs and as an onboard party area for children’s birthday parties.
Just like Coach No. 20 and Coach No. 59, the Donald E. L. Hallock car also appeared in Hello Dolly! in 1968.
