Haunted Rails & Tales: Eerie Local Legends – COACH CAR

Matt Lake looking at the camera in a spooky way.

Local folklore, fables, and phenomena come alive for a unique steam train experience during Strasburg Rail Road’s Haunted Rails & Tails, based on the published works of Matt Lake. Lake will serve as the ghostly host as he guides guests through the weird, eerie, and spooky tales of Lancaster County and its environs.

Author and storyteller Matt Lake has appeared in film, on television, and on stage as an actor, host, and interview subject. He is the author of several books, including Weird Pennsylvania and Weird Maryland. After extensive stage work in the Philadelphia area, where he won Best Supporting Actor in the 2017 regional BroadwayWorld awards, he began appearing in short films and feature-length movies.
